First time Hyonobirthers short on time: This course covers the basics of hypnobirthing and will provide you with practical tools to use straight away. We will cover: what hypnobirthing is, practical tools for you and birth partner, and decision making.

Those looking for a refresher/enhancement to an online course: We will have an initial telephone conversation where I will find out what experience you have of hypnobirthing and what you are keen to cover. Then I will create a bespoke course that fits your needs.
