I offer my full hypnobirthing course both in a group environment and as a private course, and few short course options on a private basis. I also offer a Calm Caesarean course for those who have already chosen to opt for a planned caesarean, whether due to personal preference or medical need.

Full Hypnobirthing Group Course

Get informed and prepared for birth, in the company of other people at a similar stage to you!

This is not only a great value option, but in my opinion, the most fun and enjoyable!

My Full Hypnobirthing Group Course is delivered in the following format:

  • One day group course (6 hours)
  • 1:1 bespoke follow up session (90 minutes)

Full Hypnobirthing Private Course

This is the full Hypnobirthing Course delivered to you and your birth partner at a time and place to suit you. A truly personal, bespoke service, where I’ll get to know you both, understand your hopes for birth and help you navigate your own unique circumstances and get a positive birth experience.

Hypnobirthing Short Course

4 hours private course, at your home (or on zoom if more convenient)

A great option for those who:

  • Are later on in pregnancy, so don’t have time for a full course, or;
  • Have done hypnobirthing before (perhaps in a previous pregnancy) and would like a refresher. Or;
  • Have done an online course and would now like to enhance their experience with some more personalised support.

Hypnobirthing for Caesarean Course

If you have already decided to have a planned caesarean birth, then this course will help you to prepare mentally, physically and practically for a really positive and calm caesarean birth experience.

People are often surprised at how many choices you have when planning a caesarean!
